Bhupinder has been an exemplary contractor. My mum needed a complete home renovation including structural work. I live overseas and came back for 1 week to find a contractor. Having heard numerous horror stories from friends, and several neighbors, the process was daunting. Bhupinder explained everything to us, he listened to our needs and made appropriate recommendations. He has kept me updated with videos of work progress, regular texts and calls. The work has been excellent, on time and everyone turns up daily. His workers are polite, respectful and are very kind to my mum who is living in the house during this process. Even when he was taking a much needed vacation he called and text to make sure the final details were being taken care off. Every person who he has recommended to do additional work outside of his expertise has been superlative. I am so grateful we were able to find someone who clearly knows what he is doing, is fully licensed and takes the time to keep his credentials up to date - I mention that as he took a continuing education course during the project. The work finished on schedule despite my mums multiple additional changes and requests. He was flexible and accommodating. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

30 Sept 2023 We are really pleased with the job Elegance has just finished for us, it was a garage conversion with an under stair passage, plus a new porch and some complex steel work to create a bigger kitchen. They quoted 6 weeks and delivered to that timescale. The Elegance team stood out for their sheer hard work, working each day until a task was completed (sometimes 7pm) rather than clocking off at 4pm. They are professional and tidy and the work has all been of excellent quality, fully meeting building regs. Bhupinder is an experienced master builder, and he made some good suggestions which we took on board, for example he modified the design of our staircase giving us a much higher headroom for a passage underneath the landing, than we had thought was possible. This was then approved by the buildings inspector. The price and value for money was excellent and we fully recommend Elegance to others who looking to have building work done.

Elegance Construction Bhupinder and his team are nearing completion on a single storey rear extension and full house renovation. The team are there 6 days a week from 8 am to 5pm most days if not later. Some of the suggestions made by Elegance we're brilliant. Bhupinder and his team from Elegance Construction are currently nearing completion on our ground floor extension and 1st floor refurb; including building a new bathroom, bedroom, porch and patio. Even before signing a contract with ECL, Bhupinder (owner) was very open and honest with us, giving us genuine and sincere advice about our build. This has continued throughout the project as we have made numerous unplanned changes and developments. He has made many improvements to our original plans and has even carried out work to future proof for further works in the future. The team are trustworthy and work diligently to keep the project moving. Bhupinder is very responsive to our constant calls any time or day, sometimes at 7am or 10pm at night and on weekends. He answer all our questions and is always ready to explain the technical reasons for some decisions we may question. He came highly recommended, and we look forward to writing a follow up review once complete and we are back in our home. He has a team of core men who are very respectful, trustworthy and hardworking. They work 6 days a week from 8am to sometime late 6 or 7 in the evening including weekends. My neighbours have also mentioned how accommodating he is and has helped them with odd jobs whilst on site.

Bhupinder and his team are building a first floor side and ground floor back extension to my home. I could not ask for a more responsive, reliable and considerate building team. They are in constant communication with us to let us know what is happening and if we need anything amending. We are currently living in the build and Bhupinder has gone over and beyond to ensure my family (including my two young children) are comfortable and warm. The team is working extremely fast and hard to give us back our new home quickly.

About 3 yrs ago, I used this company to do a loft conversion, a single- storey extension and some interior decorating and my experience with them was excellent. So much so that I have recommended them to anyone needing construction work. About two weeks ago, I used them again to build a front porch and once again, from start to finish, the job done was excellent. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently and were quick to tidy up after themselves at the end of each day. All workmen, led by the owner, Mr Singh were friendly, courteous and quite skilful. From start to finish, they took about a week and also built a side wall at the front. I will definitely be using them for any other construction/renovation jobs in the future.
